About Mini to Mighty Physio

Hello! I’m Jess – a paediatric physiotherapist and the founder of Mini to Mighty Physio.

I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of West of England (UWE Bristol) in 2019, following earlier experience working at the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children. After qualifying, I gained experience through hospital-based rotations including respiratory, general medicine and neurology. In 2020, I specialised in paediatrics – combining my clinical skills with a strong passion for supporting children and young people.

Alongside running Mini to Mighty Physio, I continue to work as a paediatric physiotherapist within the NHS, where I support children with a range of complex needs. This dual role keeps me closely connected to both community and healthcare settings and ensures my practice remains current, evidence-based, and family-focused.

As a Mum of three (including twins!), I understand how important it is for families to feel supported and listened to. My approach is always warm, collaborative, and child-led – helping children build strength, confidence, and independence every step of the way.

I am registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP), the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC), as well as the Association of Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapists (APCP). I am also enhanced DBS checked.
